Q: What is your preferred reading format? Hardcover, eBooks, paperback etc?

A: I'll take the books in any format I can get. If a book is only out in eBook format I'l get that. But I have to say that I prefer paperbacks, because I like to hold a physical book, and they are not as heavy as hardcovers. And then I really like to be able to put it on my shelf, even though there isn't much room left..

  4. I love paperbacks too, and I love putting them on my shelf - mine also has not much space left lately!

I guess I will ask my mom to build a bigger one ^^

    1. Yeah, that's true and quite annoying - there seems to be advantages and disadvanges to all formats..

  7. I agree. As much as I love an ebook now it will never replace the real thing for me :) Happy Friday! Thanks for stopping by my FF and I'm a new follower.

  10. Hi, great answer. :)

I do still love paperbacks, and always will. I love seeing them, smelling them and being around them. They bring me calm. When e-readers came out I was totally against them, but now? I don't mind so much. It makes my life easier especially when one is reviewing (where highlighting is concerned), but if I've truly loved a book, I will also purchase said book in paperback. I have to own it - physically!

    1. I feel excatly the same! I almost swore I would never read eBooks, but now I think they are not so bad. I also buy books that I love in paperback so I can put it on my shelf.

  11. I agree! Ebooks are great for space-saving, and it's always nice to have a paper copy... But the format matters less than the content.

  14. I know all too well about not much room left. Actually, for me it is no room left. I literally have a storage unit because I have too many books for where I now live. So I actually have to par down my books a little each year now.

    1. You have a lot of books then! I guess that's when eBooks would be pretty convenient.
